On June 13, 1992 WWF Superstars aired from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky. The show marked the television debut of Razor Ramon as he appeared in his first ever vignette. The Cuban immigrant bully from Miami, Ramon was modeled after the characters Tony Montana and Manny Ribera from the 1983 movie Scarface.
