Meet Georgia the pine marten, reintroduced to Dartmoor last year and captured here on one of our wildlife cameras! 🐾 Named after Lonesome George, the last known Pinta Island tortoise, Georgia was the only Pine Marten to be translocated down to Dartmoor on her own and appears to have a large home range at the moment (in the order of 300-400 hectares). She is using a wide range of denning sites across that area, including squirrel dreys in coniferous woods and holes in old veteran oak trees. 🌳 O
