Clean and press. A fantastic little move that isn’t for the faint hearted. It’s an advanced move which requires fully body strength, power, core strength and it will even raise the heart rate. This is me demonstrating a light, slow motion clean and press (started with a sassy hair flick apparently 🤣). Main points for technique: Raise the elbows high without raising the shoulders on the clean Use the squat for the overhead press Brace the core Exhale and inhale fluidly with the movement. Enjoy!!
