a Hook skip bolter. The hook bounces over the wire or the pilot makes a last minute nose down correction causing the hook to raise or the wire is sagging or other reasons.. It is not a problem. The pilot always goes to full power on touchdown in case this happens. You just climb up, turn downwind and make another landing attempt.
