A duck named Kyle has become an unofficial mascot in a Forest Acres neighborhood, drawing residents outside each day and earning a following on social media.

I’ve lived in Northeast Ohio nearly all my life, but until a few weeks ago had never heard of Duck Island. I’ve been in a town called Duck, ON an island, but that’s in North Carolina’s Outer Banks.
