WASHINGTON — While demonstrations across the country have largely subsided, thousands of protesters gathered in the nation’s capital, rallying outside U.S. Customs and Border Protection headquarters to denounce Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the killing of Renee Good in Minneapolis last week.
