Parents were notified after Channelview ISD reported an allegation involving a teacher at Alice Johnson Junior High.

Channelview ISD said the teacher at the center of the allegations was removed and is no longer employed.

A peaceful, student-organized walkout is currently taking place at Channelview High School, according to an email sent to parents and staff by campus officials.
